Apple-Peanut Butter Smoothie

A traditional pairing is peanut butter and apples. Try them together in this nutritious smoothie recipe.

Ingredients

One cup of almond milk without sugar

a single, diced tiny apple

Two tablespoons natural peanut butter

Honey, two tablespoons (optional)

Vanilla extract, a single teaspoon

1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon, ground

four to six cubes of ice

Directions

Blend together ice cubes, almond milk, apple, peanut butter, honey (if desired), vanilla, and cinnamon. until smooth, puree.
