Chickpea & Kale Toast

For a savoury taste, this healthy toast dish mixes chickpeas, kale, and feta.This is healthy recipe.


One tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil

Eight cups chopped kale

Two cloves garlic, minced

One cup rinsed no-salt-added canned chickpeas

One Pinch of ground pepper

Two slices whole-grain bread, toasted

1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese


In a big skillet, heat the oil to medium-high temperature. Cook the greens and garlic for about 4 minutes, stirring periodically, until tender. Chickpeas, salt, and pepper are stirred in. Divide the mixture among the toast slices evenly. Add some feta cheese.
