Fruit & Yogurt Smoothie

Yoghurt, fruit juice, and frozen fruit are the only ingredients needed for this simple fruit smoothie recipe. For a deliciously varied healthy breakfast or snack, switch up your fruit combos every day.


1 cup nonfat plain yogurt

3/4 cup 100% pure fruit juice

2 cups frozen fruit, such as blueberries, raspberries, pineapple or peaches


Blend yoghurt and juice until completely smooth. Fruit should be added through the lid’s hole while the engine is running, and it should be pureed until smooth.
