Mango-Almond Smoothie

Use frozen fruit (not fresh) for this nutritious smoothie recipe to maintain the thick, creamy, and frosty texture.


1/2 cup frozen chopped mango

1/2 cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt

1/4 cup frozen sliced banana

1/4 cup plain unsweetened almond milk

Five tablespoons unsalted almonds, divided

1/8 teaspoon ground allspice

1/4 cup raspberries

1/2 teaspoon honey


Mango, yoghurt, banana, almond milk, 3 tablespoons of almonds, and allspice should all be well blended in a blender.

Place raspberries, the remaining 2 tablespoons of almonds, and honey on top of the smoothie in a bowl.
