Spinach-Avocado Smoothie

The frozen banana and avocado give this nutritious green smoothie a luxuriously creamy texture. Up to a day in advance, prepare it and keep it in the refrigerator until you need a vegetable boost.

Ingredients

One cup of plain nonfat yoghurt

one cup of new spinach

one banana, frozen

1/4 avocado

water in two tablespoons

One teaspoon of honey

Directions

In a blender, combine yoghurt, spinach, banana, avocado, water, and honey. until smooth, puree.
