Strawberry-Mango-Banana Smoothie

Fruit smoothies may be made at home to save time and money. Strawberries, mango, and banana are combined in this simple smoothie along with some cashew butter and powdered chia seeds for body and richness.


1/2 cup frozen strawberries

1/2 cup chopped ripe mango

1/2 medium ripe banana

1/2 cup unsweetened refrigerated coconut milk beverage, plus more if needed

One tablespoon cashew butter

One tablespoon ground chia seeds


In a blender, combine the strawberries, mango, banana, coconut milk, cashew butter, and chia seeds. Process until smooth, adjusting the consistency with additional coconut milk as necessary. Serve right away.
