2 ripe bananas
4 eggs


Blend the eggs and banana until completely smooth.
Heat a large nonstick pan (see Tip) over medium heat with a little light oil. Pour 4 mounds of batter onto the pan, using 2 tablespoons of batter for each pancake. Cook for 2 to 4 minutes, or until surface bubbles develop and the edges seem dry. Flip the pancakes carefully using a thin spatula, and cook for an additional 1 to 2 minutes, or until the bottoms are golden. Pancakes should be moved to a platter. Repeat with the remaining batter, this time lightly oiling the pan.
